Rolex Day-Date 18039

Property Of A Gentleman: cream Rolex Day-Date 18039

Well, this one was from my personal collection – sadly taken in a robbery. Great dial – case and bracelet could’ve benefited from a rhodium coating.

It is my believe that this dial was made using the same process that caused the cream 16550 to change colour.

Property Of A Gentleman: Rolex Day-Date 1803 with great no-lume linen dial with hands and markers filled in with black lacquer. Low-key, but rare and stunning. Yes, Sigma!

Rolex Day-Date 1803

Property Of A Gentleman: exceedingly awesome Rolex Day-Date 1803.

This one ticks many boxes. It’s a non-tritium dial with matching hands, supposedly indicating an original sale in the Far East. The matte black colour is something often seen in sports models, but rarely in the regular Oysters. And then it’s a Sigma too! Great stuff. Maybe not as in-your-face as the colourful Stella’s, but a rare and lovely beast nonetheless.
